More people to have access to high speed broadband from Internode
According to the Internet Service Provider Internode a rising number of people in Australia will get access to its high speed broadband service as a result of extended high speed coverage to hundreds of Zone 1 Telstra exchanges.
High speeds and reliability are amongst the most important things that consumers and businesses in Australia are looking for when considering taking out an Internet plan, and many of the Internet Service Providers in Australia have tried to improve what they can offer in terms of speeds and reliability in order to meet the demands of consumers.
One Australian Internet Service Provider has announced that a rising number of people across the country will now have access to its high speed broadband service as a result of extended high speed coverage to hundreds of Zone 1 Telstra exchanges. The coverage has been extended to over five hundred Zone 1 Telstra exchanges.
Officials from Internode have said that this increased coverage means that the service is now more affordable and more accessible than before, and it is claimed that the high speed coverage will now be available to around seventy percent of the population in Australia. An official from Internode, Simon Hackett, said: “This makes Internode’s affordable, high quota,
high performance broadband available at top speeds to many more people than ever before.”
Hackett also said that the increased coverage, which comes with its Easy Broadband services, should increase demand for the service, stating: “We‘ve increased our ADSL2+ exchange coverage for Easy Broadband to more than 550 exchanges around Australia, including all exchanges where ‘competitive’ ADSL2+ DSLAM providers are present.”
