The latest Internet Service Provider to sign up to the the amended NBN Co Wholesale Broadband Agreement (WBA) is the South Australian ISP Adam Internet. The founder and chairman Greg Hicks has said that the company is satisfied with the nature of the document following a lengthy consultation period.

He said that the long consultation period has been vital in order for the company to ensure that the agreement that was being signed would provide its customers with value for money and excellent service. He stated that this was the reason behind the lengthy delay whilst the agreement was carefully looked at, adding that the firm was now confident that it could achieve its aims with regards to great service and best value for customers.

Hicks stated: “We did spend quite some time on the negotiation of a few key points, but we are now confident that the agreement enables us to roll out NBN services to customers and provide the same level of quality and value they expect from Adam Internet.”

Having taken part in the NBN CO trial, Adam Internet offered free trial services to its customers in Willunga, South Australia. The company said that this allowed customers to test the services whilst also benefitting from their existing connection. Hicks said: “The initial feedback from the trial is positive and we look forward to rolling this service out to other customers in Willunga and as the NBN rollout expands, across South Australia.”
