Internode comes top in customer service survey
Internode Broadband has managed to top the polls in a recent national customer service poll in Australia, earning a five star rating from respondents.
Australian broadband provider Internode has enjoyed the honour of getting a five star rating from consumers who took part in a national customer service survey, putting Internode at the top of the poll overall. Two and a half thousand consumers took part in the survey, which was commissioned by service ratings agency Canstar Blue, and was carried out by Colmar Brunton.
Internode was placed at the top of the poll by the consumers that took part in the survey, enjoying the top spot overall and being given five stars. The provider also received five stars in a range of categories that consumers voted on, and this included speed, reliability, billing, download quota, and value for money.
A report about the poll released on the website of the company that commissioned it claims that consumers were very clear about their favorite broadband provider, and the report read: “Internode has won the inaugural Most Satisfied Customers – Broadband ADSL award. Clearly popular with its customers, Internode led the field in nearly all criteria, including overall satisfaction, speed, reliability of service provided, billing and download quota value for money.”
Internode has also enjoying the honor of earning a number of other awards over the past twelve months, and these have been awarded from the likes of Frost & Sullivan, AFR Smart Investor magazine and consumer advocacy group Choice.
