Internode continues to impress customers
It has been revealed that Australian broadband and communications giant Internode is continuing to impress customers, having topped the polls again in relation to its customer service levels.
One of the things that a rising number of broadband and communications customers in Australia are focussing on when taking services with providers is the level of service that they will receive as valued customers of a broadband or communications provider. Some companies are known for excellent service levels whereas others are not so hot on customer service, which means that consumers have to do a little research to find out which companies offer the best service.
For those that decide to go with the communications giant, Internode, there should be little to worry about when it comes to customer service levels, as the provider has proven its dedication and commitment to excellent customer service time and time again by topping the customer satisfaction polls, which it has done once again recently in the customer satisfaction survey run across Australia by Roy Morgan Research.
The provider clocked up a very impressive ninety three percent approval rating, enabling it to continue its long term poll topping position in the survey. More than six thousand consumers in Australia were polled as part of the survey and according to the results ninety three percent of Internode customers said that when it came to their service they were “Very Satisfied” or “Fairly Satisfied”.
In another recent honour Internode was, for the second time, named Australia’s Best Internet Service Provider in the annual League of Exceptional Service survey run by AFR Smart Investor Magazine.
