It has been reported that mobile communications giant Vodafone Australia has recently reduced the cost of its prepaid mobile broadband package, making it more affordable for consumers to get online without needing to be in a fixed location.

Mobile broadband services have become more and more popular over recent months, with an increasing number of Australians keen to benefit from the ability to get online whilst out and about, and enjoying the convenience and flexibility of having internet access without having to be stuck in a fixed location.

This rising demand for mobile broadband services is something that mobile communications giants in Australia are keen to cater for, and in order to try and keep one step ahead of the competition pricing is something that these providers are addressing. This is been proven in a move recently made by one mobile communications giant, Vodafone Australia.

The company has recently announced that it is dropping the price of its prepaid mobile broadband package, and the cost of its starter pack will now be available for twenty dollars less than it was previously. The cost of the prepaid mobile broadband starter pack was just under one hundred and fifty dollars but has been dropped to just under one hundred and thirty dollars.

An official from Vodafone Australia stated: “Vodafone’s Prepaid Mobile Broadband gives customers the freedom and benefits of mobile broadband without any strings attached.  Now customers can enjoy the rewards of prepaid services and high-speed# wireless internet at an even more affordable price.”

Also, customers that activate their service between 22 July and 30 September of this year can benefit from 2GB of included data. The prepaid mobile broadband starter pack from Vodafone also comes with a USB modem internet stick.
