I started using AAPT around 6 years ago when the service was good, for the first 2 years I was a happy customer however the service and speed time has become so bad that half the time I cant even bring up google, facebook or ebay im just told “internet explorer can not open the web site operation aborted”. two years ago I opted to get my son a mobile, this they bundled with my home phone and internet with out asking explaining and I’m now locked into a 3 year contract with my home phone and internet that to my knowledge I never agreed to. the service has been dreadful, I’m counting the days till i can end my contract with them.

Very bad experience with AAPT, customer service has lack of knowledge, all information given are wrong and I was locked on 2 years contract with all this misleading information. No one bother to look at my complaint. Totally scam

Fast speeds, cheap prices great customer service, what more needs to be said.

THE BEST

brilliant prices and donwmload limits are good value for money. The only problem i find for me is that the off peak data allowance runs from 8pm to 8am which could be moved slightly, but not as bad as some providers. Recommended

For me aapt were the worst provider i had to cancel my contract. words of warning when trying to cancel you will get BAD customer service
