BigPond Broadband Review
Love my bigpond. Got ADSL 2 and im getting speeds upto 18mbps. nearly double the speed of my friends and were supposed to be on the same plan. Never had a problem with customer service, coz i never scream down the phone when there is a problem. value for money is ok but its worth its money in speed and reliability

I have mixed views over bigpond, i joined a couple of months ago and actually found customer service very UNhelpful, also prices are just ridiculous, no matter how good the coverage or speed, there are much cheaper providers out there, will definately be looking around next time.

Great speeds, not good price
Bigpond has given me the best broadband speeds and the coverage is great. Unfortunatly though the prices are very high and the data you get compared to other providers runs out very quickly due to the price, would still recommend though if price is not an issue.
