Con: NO INTERNET CONNECTIVITY NO SERVICE!!!!!

Signed up with club telco for prepaid broad band about 2 months ago. I was initially lied to about a $299 line connection, and then managed about 1 week of broadband usage before the broadband dropped out and hasn't worked since. I've made 20+ calls and even been told to go and have my modem tested (which they provided) at my expense. Against my better judgement I've done this and found it to be functioning correctly. More calls to club tellco and still no closer to getting broadband back online. They've now been cheeky enough to send me my bill, despite not actually providing a service at all. Their plans are very cheap, probably the cheapest going, but I suppose its easy to have cheap plans when you dont actually provide any service for the money you charge,

Con: expensive, poor customer service

Worst company ever...Call quality is bad..Customer service is non existant, very rude staff ...Totally non helpful. I am currently looking for another provider for my business. Stay away from club telco/Go Talk

terrible company, moved house and wanted my phone transfer but instead the disconnected and charged me 700 for cancelling the contract. Rang multiple times got no where. Contacted the telecommunications ombudsmen and they helped. Then gotalk sent me another bill for 400.???? terrible company, terrible customer service, faulty line, STAY AWAY, called CLUB TELCO NOW

Gotalk Broadband Review

When your Gotalk service is working, everything is great. But when you have a problem, or need to move house, this company is hopeless. I gave them 2 months notice that I was moving interstate and it took them three months to finally get me reconnected again after I spent many hours and lots of money on the phone to them. I would not recommend them to anyone. Customer service is completely non-existant - If I have to hear "thank you for patiently waiting...." one more time, I will throw up! I am on this website as I am researching a new provider. Do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY from Gotalk....or Bean Communications as they are now called.

Gotalk Broadband Review

This company is dreadful and I would not recommend them to anyone. They lied to me about what I was getting, told me it was a 20gb plan, but after I signed up admitted it was actually only 5gb at full speed. I work from home and don't have trouble during the day but from 5pm my access slows right down and often disappears altogether. Customer support is nonexistent.
