My Three
Pro: excellent help when needed these days
Con: some very serious problems at the beginn
I hate the idea of being turned over to Vodaphone - for small users - I use up less than 2 GB a month - their plans are not as affordable as Three. Is that why Three has been taken over?? There is a trick for new players in that it looks as if you can connect immediately, but you must wait for the 3G signal to appear bottom left. Never hit the redial button, or you will be taken to the roaming which is an unneeded expense. If Three itself takes you Roaming because the signal is not perfect yet, then the charge is the same as regular.

Really poor coverage, slow, unrealiable. Since I moved to another area, there is no coverage at all, and the area is just near the city! So I am paying money for nothing now, and breaking the contract will cost me approximately the same. I can't wait for it to finish and I will never recommend this service to anyone.

Had 3 mobile broadband for about 4 years. very poor coverage with delayed loading times. A good service however, when there is absolutely no alternative. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this product as it is very unreliable, as a student it has been the cause of much frustration especially during exam times. Also if you use skype this product is absolutely pathetic.

3 mobile internet is the most unreliable internet i experienced in Australia overall. I would not give it more then one star. Do not purchase this product.

3 Mobile Broadband Review CRAP!!
Ive only been on the 3 mobile broadband for 3 months and need to have it on roaming to gat any service only 30 mins out of the CBD. This is very expensive i now found. It always drops out even in the city. Have to change carrier because im loseing business.

i have had 3 mobile broadband for over three years and since they were sold to vodafone they become crap. dopping in and out all the time takes 2mins to load pages i will be changing soon just have to ring them to ask how many people have to leave before they turn the speed up again because add me to the list.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've had 3 mobile broadband for over 2 years. It's not fast, and the coverage is poor, dropping in and out of reception constantly. Sometimes it can take up to 2 minutes for a webpage to load! Took it on holiday to Townsville, and had no coverage whatsoever. Will be terminating as soon as I move into our new house.

Good speeds and Coverage
I've had Three Mobile Broadband for 3 months now and have always found the speed to be pretty good. Sure, it's not as fast as my home broadband but none the less I've been happy with it to date and the coverage is good.

This works for us
I was sceptical about going for a mobile broadband package but as I move house every year or so, it seemed like a good plan. After the initial purchase, the cost is low, the speed is reasonable and the download allowance suits us. We all like this service and would do it again.
