Absolutely at my wits end with DODO! Signed up on the 21/01 to Unlimited ADSL2 - i live in the CBD in Townsville, QLD and am still waiting to be connected! They have never contacted me - i have always had to call them, was told i would get it on the 8th of Feb, reported to them it wasn't working that afternoon, then the 9th, 10th... Called them today (the 11th) and am told they will send a technician out on the 16th! After all, it was their mistake in the first place! Its too late to get a refund now as if i switch ISP now il be waiting even longer - maybe - or Jesus will have been reborn... I have sent 2 complaints to them with no acknowledgement of them even being received... Any ideas on revenge anyone ? DO NOT SIGN UP WITH DODO THEY DONT GIVE A HOOT!!

Wish I had read these reviews before signing up!! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY! BE WARNED!!!! Absolutely disgraceful customer service, over-charging my account each & every month. I literally wasted hundreds of hours on the phone trying to get them to fix up all their mistakes, & get everything sorted. NOT TO MENTION INCREDIBLY SLOW SERVICE IN MELBOURNE METRO SUBURB - Glen Waverley!! Never never never never never ever again!!

Been their customer for few years,had adsl ,that was an expirience but the prepaid BB is a total night mare taking 30 minutes to download an email in central Perth,if you like spending money for nothig Dodo is it,but is ...cheap

Dodo
I have just cancelled my contract with dodo, it was worth paying for. I found the customer service department so unhelpful and no reliability, always trying to sell me more things even when i was complaining!!! Unbelivable!!
